Polished Wave Bangle - 1.8mm

This Polished Wave Bangle is a lovely, easy-to-wear piece with a gentle flowing shape. Handcrafted from 100% recycled Sterling Silver, each bangle is shaped by hand so the curves fall slightly differently every time, giving every piece its own personality. It’s polished to a soft shine and catches the light beautifully as it moves.

At around 1.8mm thick, it’s lightweight enough for everyday wear but still feels sturdy on the wrist. It stacks really nicely with straight bangles for a bit of contrast, or you can wear it on its own for a simple, elegant look. Because each one is formed individually, no two bangles will ever be exactly the same, which is all part of the charm.

Hallmarked at the Edinburgh Assay Office, and also available in 9ct Gold on request.

Size chart

Measuring your wrist or hand is vitally important before buying a bracelet or bangle.   I have some tips below on how best to do this so that you can choose the right size for you.

As I handmade everything myself all I will need is your wrist size, and hand size for bangles, and I will make the finished piece to fit you perfectly.

With my lighter chain bracelets, there are a selection of links that you can use as a closure so you can wear your chain as tight or loose as your wish.  I usually make the length enough to give you a 'comfort fit' - not too tight and not too loose that it falls off!

How to Measure for Bracelet Size

  • Measure around your wrist at the wrist bone. Choose a place where you would normally wear a bracelet.
  • Use a measuring tape and make a note of size.
  • Alternatively you can use a strip of paper and mark on it with a pen where the end meets the paper.  Lay this out flat and measure with a ruler.

How to Measure for Bangle Size

  • Hold your hand as if you were putting on a bangle. Bring all of your fingers together with your thumb and little finger touching.
  • Measure around the hand at the widest point with a tape measure or a strip of paper. Be sure to pull the paper or tape measure snug against your skin. Mark the paper with a pen and measure it with a ruler.

Choose these sizes on the website so that I am able to calculate how big to make your finished piece.

When you receive your bangle or bracelet and it doesn't feel quite right for you, just let me know and I will adjust it free of charge!
